This is a checklist for Consultants to utilize to assist with the Assessment, Assistance provided in the initial session, and Neoserra reminders. This is NOT a Mandatory form to utilize but a tool to assist with all the requirements for intaking and consulting a client for their 1st session. The consultant toolbox is a great resource for our team of consultants who are in the lookout for resources to help them assist their clients successfully. The toolbox includes templates, agreements, plans and information to be used as our team of consultants are working hard to help our entrepreneurs and business owners. The main categories of resources included in the toolbox include start-ups, marketing, sales, leases, entity formation, and more. This document contains the Milestone Integrity Policy flowchart as seen in your Economic Impact (EI) Handout as well as screenshots on how to enter a Metric Achieved Session. Feb 26, 2019 New Client Filter for all Consultants & Directors- 30 Days Out A new client filter has been added to everyone called "30 Days Out (Name)". This filter can be found by going to View --> Clients, then Filter --> "30 days out (Name)". Find your name to identify all of the clients that have not had a session in the last 30 days. This filter can help identify any clients that might need follow up or scheduling for the ext session. In depth instructions for this can be found on View --> Dashboard under Documents on the right hand side called "Managing 30 Days Out Clients." Screenshots are provided. Please go to View --> Dashboard and you will see the list of pertinent Documents on your right hand side. This new EIL has the media release statement added to the form. This media release statement is used for submitting success stories (either Consultant submission or Director submission). Clients should initial this box when completing the EIL. Jan 17, 2019 OCIE SBDC Consultant Handbook 2019 revised 1/17/19 An updated version of the OCIE SBDC Consultant Handbook has been uploaded to the documents. Please go to View --> Dashboard and on the right hand side you will see Documents. The updated sections including the new goals for the 2019 program year are highlighted in yellow. There is also a new Professional Development Policy that outlines how to request and document professional development opportunities.
